Under Configuration, you define how each agent works. This page separates style settings, the capabilities it can use, and the resources it can consume.
How it responds
Under Identity, you can adjust its name, description, and default language. You also control its responses:

| Format | Use prose for a continuous explanation or a scannable format to prioritize actions and lists. |
| Messages | Let it narrate its process or deliver only a final answer. |
| Emojis | Enable or disable them according to the tone it should maintain. |
Response settings affect subsequent messages.
Capabilities: what it can do
Under Capabilities, you can allow or block groups of actions. These limits are enforced on the server: they are not instructions that the agent can ignore.

Limits and approvals are not the same
A blocked capability prevents the action. An approval lets the agent request it and waits for your decision before continuing.
Inbox visibility
Enable Available in Inbox only if the agent should receive external conversations. Leave it disabled for internal analysis, operations, or supervision agents.
Private network
The privileged network capability lets the agent establish a VPN to private networks. Enable it only when required, store its credentials in Credentials, and restart the agent after the change.
Access to private networks
Treat this capability as infrastructure access. Grant it only to trusted agents with a defined purpose.
Resources and usage
Under System, you can limit the CPU and memory available to the container. By default, the agent inherits the server configuration; set its own value only when it needs a different reservation or limit.
Cost control is configured separately. The agent inherits the organization limits until you set an exception for it. See Usage and limits.
