Create agents
2 min read
An agent is an AI work environment with its own identity, context, tools, and permissions. Start with a minimal configuration and expand it only when its role requires it.
Before creating your first one
You need an available server. The model is configured at organization or agent level; you do not need to decide it during creation.
Create an agent
Open Agents
Go to Operations > Agents and select New agent.
Define its identity
Enter a recognizable name and a short description. These help identify it in the list and guide the team.
Choose the server
Select where it will run. The server provides the resources the agent needs.
Create it and complete its configuration
Select Create agent. Then open its profile to define how it works, what it knows, and what it can access.
Agent status
The list lets you filter agents that are running, waiting for a decision, inactive, paused, starting, stopped, or in error. Pausing an agent stops its activity without deleting its configuration; you can resume it later.
Configure it before delegating
A new agent can run, but it does not yet know your context or have access. First add the information and tools it needs for its real work.
Complete its profile
Behaviour
Define its instructions, limits, and way of working.
Memories
Provide the stable context it should consult while working.
Tools and credentials
Connect the services it can use, with the required permissions.
Scheduled tasks
Automate recurring work once the agent is ready.
Delete an agent
You can delete it from the bottom of its configuration when it is stopped. Deletion cannot be undone; before doing it, review its conversations, files, and backups if you need to keep them.
